The Ninebot ES2 electric scooter is the new release from famous maker of the Segway. Suitable for leisure and commuting the ES2 is an ideal travel companion. The ES2 offers additional features to the ES1 including rear suspension and customisable below deck lights.

      At Scooter Hub we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below. UK mainland delivery (standard) is free and typically takes 1-2 working days.

      During sales, and bank holiday periods, deliveries may take up to an additional 48 hours to reach you.

      Our daily cut off for all UK mainland orders is 12:00hrs GMT (LDN). Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. ​

      For all UK e-scooter deliveries we typically use DPD. For all UK accessories we typically use Royal Mail. In some cases we will use an alternative courier. ​

      Pre-orders will be dispatched once new stock arrives into our warehouse. Details of awaiting stock is stated on the product page.

      We currently only take orders from the UK and Scotland.

      For all other accessories there is no warranty.

      The warranty maybe void if the scooter has been ridden in the rain, has any water ingress, has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight of 100kg max, has been modified or serviced by anyone other than an authorised partner

       

      Returns

      We are happy to refund any item returned in saleable condition (unworn and not used or ridden), in its original packaging (with tags and security seals in place) with a proof of purchase within 30 days of store purchase or when you receive your online order. Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment to the value of the item printed on the receipt/order confirmation. We cannot refund delivery costs paid. 

      To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.

      ​Scooter Hub is not liable for any repairs which includes tyre punctures, disc brakes, scuffs, cable damage, reflective stickers, kick-stand, lights or electronics. 

      Please note that refunds will take up to 14 working days after we have received your returned item to show in your account. 

      We are also unable to accept returns for items purchased from a third party, personalised, embossed, engraved products, missing parts or accessories, or if the original box is not supplied with the product. 

      Please note, cancellations are not possible. Once an order is placed the customer must receive the order and follow the steps for a return.
